The difference between a solar lease and a solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) is simple: With a solar lease, you pay a fixed monthly “rent” to use a home solar system. With a PPA, you pay a fixed price for the power the system produces.

From there, either Off Grid Energy or one of our local certified partners will perform your solar installation. When your installation is finished, the city or county will perform a final inspection of your system. Once it’s approved, it’ll be connected to the grid, and we’ll submit your documents to your utility company. After your utility grants your Permission to Operate (PTO), you’ll be ready to power your home with the sun.
